Terms & Conditions

The Pre-Open Offer ("Promotion") is sponsored by participating locations ("Sponsor"). Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

• One (1) Grand Prize: Winner receives either a Year of Wellness or a Year of Aesthetics (winner must choose one; prizes may not be combined).
• One hundred fifty (150) Promotional Winners: Each receives a $100 promotional credit.

All prizes are promotional in nature, subject to availability, provider discretion, and applicable laws and regulations.

• Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older at time of entry.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Employees, contractors, owners, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor may be ineligible as determined by Sponsor or applicable law.

3.1 Prize Selection

• One (1) winner will select either a Year of Wellness or Year of Aesthetics at time of prize acceptance.
• Winner may redeem only one prize category.
• Prize options cannot be combined, exchanged, transferred, or substituted.

3.2 Definition of "Year"

A "Year" refers to a promotional redemption period of twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the date the prize is awarded ("Award Date") and does not imply unlimited services or treatments.

3.3 Prize Value and Usage Limits

• Services included in the prize are determined solely by Sponsor and may include provider-recommended treatments consistent with standard care plans.
• Prize redemption is limited to a reasonable promotional usage level as determined by Sponsor and treating provider.
• Sponsor reserves the right to establish treatment frequency limits, monthly service caps, or substitution of services of equal or greater promotional value to ensure safe, medically appropriate, and commercially reasonable use.
• Prize may only be redeemed at the awarding location unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.

3.4 Medical & Provider Discretion

• All medical, wellness, or aesthetic services are subject to consultation, provider evaluation, and medical appropriateness.
• No treatment results are guaranteed.
• Providers may decline, modify, delay, or discontinue services based on safety, contraindications, or professional judgment.

3.5 Expiration

• All Grand Prize benefits expire twelve (12) months from the Award Date.
• Any unused services, visits, or promotional value expire automatically and will not carry over, transfer, or convert to cash or credit.

3.6 Exclusions

Prize may not be used toward:

• Membership dues or recurring membership charges
• Retail products unless specifically included
• Gratuities or third-party services
• Prior purchases or balances
• Cash equivalents

3.7 Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes or reporting requirements associated with prize acceptance.

• One hundred fifty (150) winners will each receive a $100 promotional credit valid toward eligible services at participating locations.
• Credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
• Credit expires six (6) months from the Award Date. Unused value is forfeited upon expiration.
• Credit may not be applied toward memberships, prior purchases, gratuities, or excluded services as determined by Sponsor.
• Credit may not be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized.

• All prize redemptions are subject to appointment availability and standard booking policies.
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling may result in reduction or forfeiture of promotional value at Sponsor discretion.
• Sponsor reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse or abuse of the Promotion is suspected.

Services offered through the Promotion are provided for promotional purposes only. Individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Nothing in this Promotion constitutes medical advice or a guarantee of specific results.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or unforeseen circumstances affect administration of the Promotion.
• Disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or attempts to undermine the Promotion.

Sponsor decisions regarding eligibility, prize administration, and redemption are final.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, franchisees, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Where permitted by law, acceptance of a prize grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness, voice, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

This Promotion is governed by the laws applicable in the state in which the awarding Sponsor operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This Promotion is administered by participating locations operating under brand standards. Additional location-specific restrictions may apply where required by law.
